Chess Club Championship winners

The winners of the Chess Club Championships were determined this week. Club members competed in three divisions.

• Jake Wittman recaptured the school championship by defeating last year’s champion, Aidan McGraw, in the finals of a knockout tournament.
• Tate Rogers won 1st Place in the intermediate division with a perfect score in a round-robin tournament.
• Calvin Hatch was undefeated with a 6.5 score in a round-robin tournament for the novice division.
